Safety

Everyone wears a helmet and a life jacket on the water.
Listen to the safety briefing and follow the operator's team.
If you tip over, float on your back with your feet up and pointing downstream.
Tell us before booking about pregnancy, injuries or other health conditions.
No alcohol before tubing.
The operator may close the river when the water is too high.

Season & water level

Like every river in Bali, the tubing river changes with the seasons. After heavy rain the water rises and flows faster, and on some days the operator closes the river for safety. The river is checked before trips run; if it is closed because of high water, you choose a new date or a full refund.

What to expect

River tubing means riding the river on your own inflatable tube instead of paddling a raft. This trip is Grade II — the gentlest trip on this website — with about 1–1.5 hours on the water.

Meet at the operator's start point, or choose the package with a return hotel transfer (for at least 2 guests). Trips start at 09:00, 10:00, 11:00, 12:00 and 13:00.

Everyone wears a helmet and a life jacket, and the operator's team gives a safety briefing before you start. You book and pay through Family Trips Bali; the trip itself is run by a local operator.

Leave the river at the finish point and change into dry clothes. With a hotel transfer, the driver takes you back to your hotel.
