This policy explains what personal data Family Trips Bali ("we") collects through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
- Booking details: your name, e-mail address, WhatsApp or phone number, country, the trip, date, start time and number of guests, the area or hotel for a pickup, and any notes you send us.
- Guest details: the age of every guest and your health declaration — and, if you fill them in, the names of the participants, their notes and your signed waiver.
- Payment details: the payment status and amounts. Card and account details are entered with the payment provider; we do not see or store them.
- Your account: if you log in to see your bookings, the e-mail address and the login details needed for that.
- Website use: technical data needed to run the website (for example your chosen currency). Visit statistics and advertising measurement run only when they are switched on and, where required, after you agree.
How we use it
- To make and manage your booking, send your e-voucher and booking e-mails, and contact you about your trip — for example a pickup time or a river closure.
- To give the operator of your trip and, for a hotel transfer, the driver the details they need: names, number of guests, ages, pickup place and time, and relevant health notes.
- To keep the records the law requires, for example for accounting.
We never sell your data.
Who receives it
- The operator of your trip and, if you booked a transfer, the driver.
- Our payment providers, for online payments.
- The service providers that host this website, store its data and send its e-mails — only for those purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep booking data as long as we need it for your booking and for our legal and accounting duties, and then delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Write to us at the e-mail address on the Contact page.
Cookies and storage
The website uses functional cookies and browser storage, for example for your login, language and currency. Analytics and advertising tags run only when they are switched on and, where required, after you agree.
